Antonio was born in 1972, in Montreal, to a proud family with deep roots in the Molise region of Italy. Anna, born in 1973, comes from the sun-kissed island of Sicily, where food is not simply nourishment—it is an expression of love, heritage, and togetherness.

From the very beginning of their relationship, Anna would lovingly prepare home-cooked meals for Antonio, bringing the warmth of Sicilian tradition into their everyday life. But anyone who knows Antonio knows one thing for certain—he has always had a sweet tooth. After every delicious meal, he longed for the perfect dessert to complete the experience.

After getting married and settling into their home, conversations about baking became a regular part of their lives. What began as a simple desire to enjoy authentic, homemade desserts soon grew into something much more meaningful—a shared dream of creating pastries that would capture the essence of their Italian heritage.

Blessed with four beautiful children—Julianna, twins Anthony and David, and their youngest, Sara—the family quickly became united in this exciting new chapter. Today, each of them plays a role in the journey, inspired by the same values of tradition, quality, and love that brought Tony and Anna together in the first place.
